02.05.2022 my sim internet connection was not working so i tried reached the customer care ivr didnt connet my call to customer care, My friends instructed me to buy a dplicate sim . then i reached a airtel show room near me they said here to buy a duplicate sim it cost 180 and if u reach main showroom in city it cost 50rs. in my sim there is 3 month unlimited validity to get my validiy at low cost i need to travel 40 Km it made me sooo stressted so i decided to Port and sent 2 sms to 1900 Port XXXX. then i received a call from airtel they requested me to wait for 1 day i waited 2 day all of sudden my sim totall network is lost using anothr no i reach airtel customer care and said the above they only responding like a robo like im srry for the inconvinience repeatedly i reequested many times to give my Port no which i was requested earlier. they refused so iam here to raise a complaint on airtel network which made me stressed, Mentally disturbed, and trying to spend my money for no reason. so kindly take action on airtel network provider who blocked my sim for their gain.
