Text of Complaint by Krishnakumar v.p:

I ordered ptron bassbuds earphone on March 13 2023 and received it on 14 th morning. But one of the earbuds defective and I ordered the replacement immediately. The replacement earphone came at night after 9 o’ clock, the delivery agent checked the return product took photos and all. But while entering the OTP he entered it wrong and delivery got blocked . So I asked can you do anything to make the delivery happen today but he said no. So after he left I opened the Amazon app, in the order section it was showing delivery attempted. After some searching in the app some where I got a option saying ” i was not contacted” and I clicked it then the status changed to out for delivery. But after 10-15 minutes i received a call from Amazon delivery supervisor of my area. He asked me to reschedule the order and he will deliver it tomorrow morning so I did. Next day morning I received the OTP saying arriving today but didn’t get any call for delivery even the app status didn’t changed to out for delivery.so then called the Amazon customer care and the executive assured me that the item will be delivery next day morning before 10am . So I waited the app status changed to will be delivered by 9pm but at 8.40 pm the status changed in the app changed to “returning to seller item damaged”.

This is all happened because I just complainted about delivery on the first day. Just because the delivery agent and supervisor ego got hurt i didn’t receive my order and now I have to return it and order it again.
