Replacement of my defective fridge received from flipkart

Hi I am customer for flipkart for the last 10 years and this is my first big value purchase in last 10years in flipkart because of distrust on flipkart after sales support i didn’t dared to purchase till date a high value items in flipkart and unfortunately it has been proved by flipkart team in this case of replacement of my order ” SAMSUNG 322 L Frost Free Double Door 2 Star Convertible Refrigerator with Digi-Touch Cool,Digital Inverter (Elegant Inox, RT37C4512S8/HL)” purchased on 8th of may and got delivered on 10th and demo was given by technician on 11th and there was an issue with cooling even after running for 4 to 5 hrs which i have informed to the technician who had visited for giving demo and he has advised to raise a replacement request in flipkart which I have raised on 12th and there was a technician visit on 13th for verifying of the issue and informed that there is an issue of gas leakage in compressor which needs to be filled or replaced with new compressor which is chargeable to me for which i have simply denied and asked for replacement of fridge, as it’s a brand new one and repair of a new fridge is not fare and then he has mentioned to wait as there is an option of replacement open in flipkart and asked to wait for the same and i was continuously following up with flipkart by giving the update on technician visit on 13th but they simply denied for giving the status of my replacement request raised and given a free advice to wait till the given date and I could not even see any progress in tracking as per the flipkart app and showing that technician visit will be completed by 18th but there was no update till 18th on flipkart app and when i have called to customer care for this they have told to wait till 19th and unexpectedly I got a mail from flipkart on 18th evening stating that replacement request has been cancelled and mentioned to contact seller and once again i have called customer care of flipkart and customer care executive very arrogantly answered that we have no idea why the replacement request got cancelled and need to raise once again the return/replacement request and need to wait till 23rd for the same process and when I asked to escalate the issue to next level she simply denied to transfer the call to higher level and advised to wait till the given date and even if the issue is not gets resolved by the given date then our higher team will involve in the issue and investigate for finding the solution for the issue and till that time we are helpless and customer has to bare with this, so in totality its mere negligence of flipkart on customer concer and least bothered about the customer problem and escape from dragging time and harass the customer mentally by not giving proper solution to customer hope by seeing this feedback mail any one from higher officials of flipkart do justices to me in this issue as I am not able to find any way to overcome this issue and not even able to use my fridge till now by paying 26.5k of my hard earned money and left in helpless condition and in overall it’s a lesson to every customer of flipkart to not to purchase a high value items by getting tempted for the offers and discounts offered by flipkart and worst after sales response by flipkart
