My name is Rushabh Nimbalkar.I have ordered One Fire Boltt Legacy smart watch on 25.03.2023 through fire boltt website and the product was delivered on 28.03.2023. While receiving the product was in working condition.But after one month of use it stopped working, and is neither getting charged nor getting ON green display. I have registered for warranty in Fire Boltt Site.
I have logged a complaint by sending mail to infocare@boltt.com. I have submitted product to service center on 29th April 2023, they was told that it may take around 10
to 15 days for the replacement .Its being now more than one month, still no response from Fire boltt team.I contacted the Fire Boltt customer service through phone and they replied it will soon be replaced and no replacement have been done till now.
