Hi ! I purchased a Motorola edge 30 5g mobile phone from reliance digital on 20th September! I got the phone with minor issues like connectivity and battery drain! So i requested for a replacement! They asked me to got to the service center and I refused it! They asked me the proofs of the defective product! I mailed it to them! After that a pickup was scheduled and they picked up my product on 1st October! They promised me that it will only take 7-10 days from the pickup to get my replaced product! But it’s been 15 days , yet no response from them! they raised a complaint on 11th of October and asked me to wait for 72 hours which I did! Even after 72 hours , I didn’t get a response! I requested multiple call backs but I received only one call on 11th of October saying the same! After that I raised around 10 call backs , They’re not even contacting me! if I contact them, they’re asking me to wait without mentioning any timeline! I want my replaced product! I don’t want a refund because I can’t buy the product for the same price after that! Kindly do the needful!
