I have purchase Crossbeats smart watch from amazon on 15-aug-2023 and after 01 week it started not working. after register complaint on their portal they requested to send on their address so i have send product to him, it has completed more than one month after too many mails they told me that product ready for dispatch please send rs.99 for courier charge i have given now today they send me mail that product is not registered in their portal.
