I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and frustration with the ongoing connectivity issues I have been facing for the past 15 days. Despite making repeated complaints and seeking assistance from your technical support team, the problems persist, and I have encountered constant rescheduling of technician visits without receiving any definitive solutions.

The persistent connectivity problems have not only caused significant inconvenience but also considerable frustration. As a paying customer, I expect a reliable and consistent internet connection, which regrettably has not been the case for the past week.

To provide you with further context, here are some specific issues I’ve encountered:

Frequent Disconnections: My internet connection frequently drops, making it impossible for me to carry out essential online tasks, including work and communication.

Technician Visits: I have reported these issues multiple times, and your team has scheduled technician visits. However, the visits have been rescheduled multiple times, and the problem remains unresolved.

Inconsistent Support: I have contacted your customer support team, and while they have been courteous, the lack of a definitive solution has been disappointing.

I am paying for a service that I am not receiving as expected, and this situation is not only affecting my daily life but also causing financial losses. I rely on a stable internet connection for work, communication, and other essential tasks, and this ongoing issue is hindering my ability to do so.

I kindly request that you take immediate and decisive action to resolve the connectivity issues. I understand that technical problems may arise, but the repeated rescheduling of technician visits and the lack of a clear resolution plan are unacceptable.

I expect a prompt response and a commitment to resolving this issue at the earliest. I urge you to treat this matter with the urgency it deserves, as it is negatively impacting my daily life and productivity.

If the connectivity issues persist and remain unresolved, I may have no choice but to explore other options, including escalation to the appropriate consumer protection authorities.

Please acknowledge this email at your earliest convenience and provide me with a clear plan to address and rectify the connectivity issues.
