AS PER THE TELEPHONIC CONVERSATION ON 7th January 2019 WITH THE CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVE
I ASKED HER IF MY PHYSICAL BILLS ARE ACTIVE FOR THE GIVEN NUMBERS BELOW, SHE SAID NO THEY ARE NOT ACTIVE AND I REQUESTED HER TO TRANSFER THE CALL TO HER SUPERVISOR SHEETAL MOHITE AND THEN COMPLAINED HER REGARDING THIS ISSUE AND ASKED HER IF MY PHYSICAL BILLS FOR THE GIVEN 6 NUMBERS ARE ACTIVE OR NO? SHE SAID THEY ARE ACTIVE
SO NOW MY QUESTION IS WHO IS LYING ??
IF THEY ARE NOT ACTIVE THEN WHY DID THE CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVE SAID THEY ARE NOT ACTIVE????
AND IF THEY ARE ACTIVE ACCORDING TO THE SUPERVISOR SHEETAL MOHITE THEN WHY ARE THE PHYSICAL BILLS STILL NOT DELIVERED TO ME WITH 10-12 DAYS???
AFTER THIS NOW I GET IN TOUCH WITH MR.VAIBHAV PANDEY THE NODAL OFFICER IN CHARGE
HAVE BRIEFED HIM THE CASE REGARDING THE PHYSICAL BILLS WHICH ARE ALWAYS STOPPED/DEACTIVATED BY THE VODAFONE TEAM WITHOUT PRIOR NOTIFICATION
NOW TODAY MORNING I GET A CALL AGAIN FROM THE NODAL OFFICER FROM 7971654200, HE AGREES THAT MY PHYSICAL BILLS ARE NOT ACTIVE.
WTF IS GOING ON????????????
NOW WHAT I NEED IS A WRITTEN EMAIL FROM VODAFONE THAT ALL THE 6 GIVEN NUMBERS WILL BE REGISTERED FOR PHYSICAL & EBILLS PERMANENTLY
