Hello,
I have ordered Fastag through Paytm on 2nd Jan 2019. I see the tentative delivery is on 21st Jan 2019. I have contacted the Paytm customer care and raised the concern as the delivery shows 21st Jan. I was promised that the case has been pushed to escalation team and they will get back to you in 24 hrs.
Its been almost 120 hrs now. I did not receive any response from Paytm. I have contacted Paytm customer care more than 8 times so far from the day when I raised my concern(2nd Jan). Every time the customer care executives says they their systems are down or mechanical issue. I really wounder when will the system come up ? I’m eagerly waiting for the day to come :).
Also I was expecting the escalation ticket number, if my case really escalated. I did not get any. At least I expected the agent to transfer my call to their supervisor / the team who can handle the escalation, who can look into my request. But they transfer the call, instead they disconnect.
Paytm have detected money from my account. I tried cancel the order but I do not have option to cancel the order through App. I had very bad experience with Paytm. My case is true example as how Paytm customer care treat the customer.
The Paytm customer care is PATHETIC. No other words. It makes me to think to place further orders / online transactions.
I never suggest Paytm to my peers / friends.
Can Someone look into this concern and help.
