I have purchased reliance resq plan for my AC they charged me around 8k for free service repair and maintenance for 5 years. But there service is so poor they don’t send technician in stipulated time period which is 72 hrs nor they provide good service. Also, they don’t pick up the call don’t logged complaint and nor they provide service in time. It took 15 days to resolve one problem which is not even completely resolved by them. Some of my complaints are still open.
