Sir/Ma’am,
Its been almost 3 weeks my jiofii speed is very slow( even webpage not open) . The 498 4g plan is activated on my jiofii it means per day 2 gb is wasted from last 3 week. I have mailed many times to jio but still no result.
M reallt disappointed from recent service of jio. I am a prime customer of jio and it feels like cheated .
What about speed? What about per day 2gb? My money is wasted. M facing this problem from long time .
Please file the conplaint and do response asap.
