I am a customer of Reliance Independent TV Cable services. My customer ID is 1006515983 and Work order No:872936 and Service request No: 1170420. From last few weeks only a few channels are coming, and from 12.06.19 none of the cable channels are working/coming and showing Error-400. I have contacted their customer care several times but unable to contact him. I could not expect such a worst services from the Reliance Group of companies. Please try to resolve the matter and if, their cable services are permanently switched off, then kindly refund my entire money i have invested along with interest and such mental harassment, i and my family have suffered from such disgusting services.
