Text of Complaint by Sandeep:

I have purchased the HP laptop in reliance digital Perambur on 8th July but when i checked my warranty has been started on 19th of March. How come a new product warranty starts before 3 months.
I asked them to replace or refund my money they refused to do both.
I was waiting for you’re call back regarding the issue.After 7 days from the date of purchase as an customer i cannot do anything, that’s what store manager is trying to skip the time.

And as per our convey through call neither you or myself agreed that the product is new, even you said that this is an used or refurbished piece maybe.
Read the current status it is clearly mentioned that the covered under extended warranty, 10 months remaining.

Sorry to say this are you trying to sell fake , used , refurbished products seal them as an new piece and give it to the customer.

I visited reliance digital showroom and they’re blaming that go and clear with the HP centre when i visited the HP centre they told me we are not responsible for this you should go to reliance digital from where you purchased.
