I have dish TV connection of reliance big TV. In the staring of this year they launch a plan called freedom plan in which all channel will be broadcast for 2 years and all free2air channels for 5 years in just 2499/- rupees.
They broadcasting these channels for some time but in mid march they stop broadcasting star network channels.
When I contact them they asked me to wait some days. After some days they stop broadcasting channels of zee network, colors network and Sony networks also.
After this they stop broadcasting all the channels including free2air channels. When I contacted them they say the same thing. And after some days they start broadcasting free2air channels.
When I want to fill a complaint to their executive. he told me that my complaint is registered and will be take action in 48 hours.
But when they problem remains I call them again. They told me that their is no complaint registered by me . their executive made me fool .
As you know its vacation time and children are home. They are very disappointed. I and my father are also like to watch cricket but unable to watch. We are feel like cheated by this.
Please help me in this. Suggest me can I take legal action against them or not. We all are frustrated.
