1. I checked the seat availability in the train 02231 on date 3december 2020, no of available seat was 12, so i booked a ticket ,,,when i got my ticked I found that it was in waiting on number 2……jab seat waiting me thi seat available dikhaya kyu ….so that customer ka bewakoof banaya ja ske…Is time seat confirm bhi nahi hoti hai train me inki wajha se log ticket book karlete hain or phir milta hai waiting me….jaise hi ticket book hogya or maine dekha k waiting me hai maine phir se wahi train k liye ticket dekha tab wanha bhi seat available nahi dikha raha tha…. matalab ticket book karne k phle seat dikha kar logo ko bewakoof banate hain
