I ordered a Fridge from Flipkart against Exchange wherein I was provided Exchange Bonus of 3000 and 2200 for old fridge. Yesterday, my new fridge was delivered but the delivery agents outright rejected the Exchange item and asked me to pay 5200/- before delivery.
On my request they checked old fridge and it was working fine but after consultation with their senior their behavior changed and said they will deliver the new fridge only if I pay 5200/- irrespective of Exchange fridge. I conveyed my grievance to Flipkart executive who was helpful but couldn’t take decision as he was asking for time.
Delivery person became aggressive, I did not want to escalate and since I needed the new fridge, I paid 5100/- to them. Very disappointed with the service. Do note, they did not even bring the fridge inside and were holding the fridge outside my home and whole argument took for almost 1 hour in road. Never seen such a poor service and rude behavior.
