Ordered a peeled whole pineapple on 12th April trying their fresh fruits first time. With past experiences with regards to certain fast food like toast and cookieman cookie where they gave all broken almost reaching expiry date, tiny pieces, half powdered, rejected ones, had intuition they might mess but with Ramzan, and fresh fruit category, assumed they might not mess. But to my surprise, they just sent The tiniest, raw baby underdeveloped one that looked more like a sample piece artificial designer types. Never ever seen such pineapple, white, raw, and then reddish brown below edge, a size of the litchi banana, for 110 rs. I complaint, and after trying all options got an executive to chat, as now they just keep bot that closes all kind of complaint asking to email and emails come what may are totally scripts, copy pasted apologetic script. But with getting an executive Samrat Sadhukhan hoped he would understand but he wasted 30 min going with his scripted apologetic statement and rules policies, when asked for supervisor, first reluctant then said will transfer, but again for next 20 min said, kindly stay connected, and finally got some so called supervisor, Gaurav, but he repeated same law and without understanding just closed stating email. It is just not about this one item, refund, but they are the biggest manipulator when it comes to business, all about just extracting money in newer ways, ZERO customer service. Manipulating prices and if you’ve taken membership still they would manipulate to charge you in other ways, also if you like a restaurant then they would make sure to remove every bank discount from it or add surge charge of high demand as can’t use delivery fees. In the end it is all about making money but that too on rejected, damage, expired duplicate products /items food. Never about Quality or Customer service. I understand you run business but not by this soft extortion on the needy ones in the name of essential, knowing people can’t survive without essential so actually squeezing commoners to fill themselves, raise their business on our pain, stomach, hardwork as they don’t care you get food poisoning or any health issue but their brand. Not a symbiotic relationship but becoming parasite in the name of services to feed.
