Text of Complaint by G DIVIJ REDDY:

On 10 June 2023 at 7:14pm I placed an order(Order ID: 4935501873) which was not delivered to me, the details of which I have mailed to Zomato multiple times via the mail ([email protected]) and the website.

The delivery partner reached my home at around 8pm with the wrong order. Upon checking and telling him, he (Ajmeri Kalyan) then realised that he had exchanged my order with some other customer and brought that order to me. He then called the other customer and promised to bring me back my original order. When he returned at 8:15 pm with missing and opened items, I didn’t take the product as it was not in the right condition and told the delivery partner that I will raise a complaint with Zomato about this.

It has been more than 300 hours since this issue has taken place and multiple attempts from my side for Zomato to address my issue. The only response I received is only one of which is an automated mail stating that the team will get back to me in 72 hrs and a unique ticket ID (which does not mention how and where I can use the ticket ID for my issue to be addressed) but nothing of that sort has been done.

The irresponsibility and carelessness of the delivery partner has left me with no dinner on that day and in debt of money.
