Sir/Madam
Today I had placed a order of lenovo M8 FHD Tablet from Amazon of Rs 14999 with exchange offer of my samsung mobile. After discount payment Rs. 11970.94 paid through SBI credit card.
2. My product delivery scheduled today between 5-9 PM but cancelled the item by delivery boy/Amazon without my consent. For this product I have paid the payment in advance through SBI credit card.
3. In this connection I request you to ask reason for cancellation of products without my consent.Due to amazon negligence my payment is blocked.
4. Please take action against amazon for not delivering the product and cancel the same without my consent. The services of amazon is very poor/negligence. Please take action immediately.
