I have ordered via order no. V2-000572032 items (kids cloths) from V2 kart online on 14/07/2021. Which I received on 17th july evening and on the same day I lodged a compliant via customer care executive for missing of a product in the delivery packet (Hosiery plain girls capri pink) but till date no solution and whenever call them they said we are forwarding your complain and within 48 hour you will get confirmation. Secondly, on same day of delivery, I requested for exchange of some items due to small size and some for return due to quality issue. whenever call them they said we are forwarding your complain and within 48 hour you will get confirmation but till date no solution. It is my WORST experience with V2Kart shopping in my lifetime i swear not to buy anything from them and also request others for same. I want justice
