Text of Complaint by Abhishek Kumar:

I ordered food from Zomato app (order number- 1168957654) at 2:05 PM and made payment through netbanking. I waited for approx One hour and when contacted Zomato support they informed that the food will be delivered in next 20-22 minutes. Later on when I called the delivery guy , he informed that the restaurant is closed and I will have to cancel my order. Zomato’s cancellation procedure doesnt allow  the customer to cancel the order and place a new one rather one has to wait for a long duration of time to get connected to the chat support. In spite of waiting for hour and half neither I got any response nor my order got cancelled for the pre paid order
