I have paid rs.499 for amazon prime 1 year through vi and i paid via icici debit card and they denied to provide me amazon prime as well as also denied to refund my fund and after denying them three timea they have given me the refund in core balance that is totally useless and i paid 499 for the amazon prime not for the core balance.If anyone can help me do the needful i will he very thankful to you.
