My mobiwik wallet was blocked on 11 Feb 2019 and the company replied say I need to submit the requested documents. Which was on the same day. But they kept requesting documents till today and now there is no reply option on the app and my money is stuck in the wallet I request you the help me with this issue it has been 5 day and not yet resolved
