I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I have encountered with a recent purchase from Amazon.
On 18July-2023, I received my order of mobile phone which is a iQOO neo 7 pro 5G, which unfortunately arrived in a damaged condition. Immediately upon noticing the damages, I contacted Amazon’s customer support and was advised to return the product for a refund.
I followed the instructions provided and returned the item within the specified time frame. However, to my disappointment, I received a notification stating that my refund request has been declined on grounds that the product was damaged by me.
I want to emphasize that when I received the package, it was already in a visibly damaged condition. Despite this, I proceeded with returning it as per your instructions. Additionally, upon inspection of the product before returning it, I noticed several scratches all over its surface, indicating that it was not in new or usable condition.
Therefore, based on these circumstances, I kindly request that you reconsider my refund request and process it accordingly. As a loyal customer who values Amazon’s reliable service and commitment to customer satisfaction, I trust that you will take appropriate action to resolve this matter promptly.
Please let me know if any further information or evidence is required from my end to support my claim for a refund. Your assistance in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.
