Today delivery attendant attended my home for return item of the product , which was earlier purchased through flipkart and the same not handover the defunct item to him due to bad behavior and thrown unnecessary words. Furthermore, as such the goods quality is not upto mark as per picture shown in the flipkart site and i had made twicely return request as well as behavior of delivery boy also not good towards the customer, which may be harm to company status.
Please look into the matter and provide solutions at earliest so that our faith keep sustain on the flipkart . The detail is furnish below:
