I have ordered a laptop from Amazon, when i received it I felt it so light weight and I started to open it, and when i opened it the box is empty and I have contacted immediately to amazon customer service they said wait for 5days investigation is going on, so i waited till day 3 and again i contacted and again they told me to wait for other 2days and when i contacted them after 5days they said our investigation is done and the product is inside the box we can’t help you further. And I Said how the item is present if iam getting missing item.I said I have the recording of the unboxing of the product and they are not ready to check it also.They said we have investigated,item is there and they are not ready to talk with me further and they ended the call. I literally don’t know what to do mentally disturbed because with a huge price i bought laptop and they are not providing me any refund.
