Dear Sir,
Our restaurant ID is 18763210.
Inspite of repeated request since 6th October, we are being still charged for promoting our restaurant even though it is not showing as promoted.
This fact was bought to our notice by many customers and the same was informed to Mr. Asad but to no vain.
Today also a customer Mrs. Soma Banerjee, 9893293670, complained about our restaurant not being visible and she had to come personally to pick up the order. When contacted Mr. Asad, he refused to speak to the customer.
I feel that we are being taken for a ride in name of Promotion and no PROMOTED tag is visible on our Restaurant. We are feeling cheated.
Hence, we request you to kindly refund all the amount taken on the name of publicity.
If promptly refund is not made, I may be left with no option than to take the matter to Consumer court and register complain in various News papers.
