Respected sir/Mam,
I am a customer as well as Retail Counter of Vodafone/Idea. Day before yesterday The Mobile networks were not available from the morning. I thought there would be an error In my SIM card. It was my Demo number as well. I tried to Issue a duplicate sim on this number then I got an error “The number you entered is a postpaid Number”. Sir I just want to know that how is it possible who is responsible for this and the main thing I had Rs 1012/- left In my Demo. I tried recharging from my Demo also but it is showing the error as “You don’t have permission”. I just want to know that If my left balance i.e 1012/- is lost then who will be responsible for that? I had ported this number from Airtel 4 months ago just for this demo. My counter name is “Awadh Communication”. You are kindly requested to help me out of this. The number is 9646934300
