we have visited vodafone idea store at clock tower for replacement of postpaid sim like 2-3 time .But they didnt help us.They told to email their corporate office but no use the corporate office also did’nt reply.the store has just given us a dummy new sim and they told to do the activation of sim on our own .They are not giving proper response and service as we are postpaid corporate company sim users.i want my replaced sim to get activated on same old number asap or else i have to discontinue my services with vodafone idea
