Text of Complaint by K Vinay Kumar:

I placed an order in paytm mall on 10th Aug 2019,for that order there is 10% additional cashback is for payment made through icici netbanking,so that i made payment through icici netbanking

but till now i didnt get any cashback and i have spoken to the paytm mall customer care for 8-10 times but no one was responded but atleast they have confirmed that you are eligible for that additional 10% cashback so that you can please wait for 31st oct 2019,

on or before 31st oct 2019 your amount will be credited but today is 3rd of nov 2019 till now i didnt get that and now i have spoken to the customer care person his name is ajmal he is not responding and saying wait for some more months.My order id is 8961712549.please do needful.
