I bought an article from Libas store and in the evening when I was on the Libas website for searching for more ethnic wear there I saw my article is on sale online for Rs. 2300.00 and I bought it for Rs. 5400 offline on the ame day. I raised my complait that why they are selling the same article at Rs.2300.00 and Rs.5400 online. I bought it from Libas store only that is totally unfare that they are selling same products at double price online. I asked them to return or arrange a gift for the rest of the amount but they are not agreeing. Customr took time to visit and try the outfit and then decide so for this customer will pay double for the same article?? many people select online and them come to the store to try the selected dress so he/she has to pay for this? this is totally unfair. Kindly lodge my complait against Libas and refund my amount that I paid extra for my dress.
