Text of Complaint by Chiranjeev Tiwari:

I have ordered a product ” KAEEL ORIGINAL [LIS1618ERPC] Battery for Sony Xperia XA1 Dual/G3116/G3121,G3123/G3125 [2300mAh] with 90 Days Warranty” bearing Order ID – 402-4875420-4622766 on 8th of May, 2021 for which I have initiated a return on the very day of delivery i.e. 11th of May,2021. Since then I haven’t received any pick-up call or any alert of missing call regarding it. As it was a time of Lockdown due to the pandemic I thought it might have some delay and after lifting off of the restrictions due to the lockdown, I made contact with Amazon’s customer service to which they told me that I have missed the return policy of that particular product which was of 10 days from delivery. While asking about the possibility of re-attempting the pick-up they refused to do so as the return policy was expired which was of 10 days. However, I haven’t received any message/notification regarding the cancellation of the pick-up within the stipulated time period as the merchants do so by informing via  notifications/messages.
