I have bought whirlpool refrigerator through flipkart on 13th march and item was delivered on 15th march..after so many daysinstalltion was done on 25th march.. then every thing was fine.. and suddenly on 4th april fridge stopped working..like there was cooling.. and a complaint was given to whirlpool service people and technician attend to inspect fridge on 9th april atlast.. his saying was that fridge compressor was faulty and has to be changed.. so we demanded replacement but not to repiar … as item was bought .. just few weeks earlier… service center people says that when something bought online they cant do anything .. coustemer should talk with online flipkart.. and now flipkart people are not responding..all they are. Saying. Is return policy ended.. we cant do anything.. this is not justice… this looks. Like a scam … a branded item gets defective within few weeks of buying and specially after just return policy ending… this it total scam…
