Regarding refund amount not received on from meesho.
On 15 th December 2023 i placed an order in meesho (order ID 898655482423_1).
Due to the quality of the product initiated for return and refund of the product through meesho app. Return option also have been approved for the product.
Nobody came for picking up the product but message came like i was not able to reach. when i tried to communicate to the customer care they told me like they have rescheduled even then nobody tried to pick.
Suddenly in meesho app under return column there showed me an status like pickup address is not serviceable when enquired regarding this to customer care they told me like due to cycloan in Chennai product cant be picked up and it has to be self courierd for getting refund.
Hearing that i couried to the seller location which meesho support person sent through mail (consignment no:63761295695) through professional courier on 15th December now the product have been reached the seller and even then refund is not initiated by meesho team.
While asking them regarding this few are cutting the call few are telling that they will raise ticket but I haven’t received any notification regarding any move like this i have tried calling them more than 20 times still there is no proper response from there end it is really frustrating it’s almost 900 ra which cant be left as it is.
Requesting to take proper action and help for the refund of my amount from meesho.
I have mentioned the order id as well as courier tracking id for reference hoping to get best response as early as possible.
