Dear sir
It is intimated that I Ranjit Kumar Dubey had purchased Laptop of ASUS through Amazon.in vide order no.1717562743952321on 05 Feb 21 by paying of Rs 36999. wrong item was delivered by seller through Delivery courier pvt Ltd.Item was returened back to seller on 09 Mar 21 and it was received by seller on 17 Mar 21,but till date refund is not initiated by seller. Kindly take up matter with Amazon.in for early refund. As response of customer care is not supportive.
