Text of Complaint by Avinash Joshi:

I attempted to purchase a product online from Puma India. During the transaction, the money was debited from my account but wasn’t received by the merchant. Subsequently, I contacted Puma India regarding this transaction, and they informed me that they initiated a refund for the debited amount. Following Puma’s suggestion, I raised the issue with the bank and received an email from the bank, which is saying bank got reply from puma that goods and products delivered successfully to customer. Additionally, I am attaching the confirmation email from Puma regarding the refund. Despite almost 45 days having passed, I have yet to receive the refunded amount.
