ordered a galaxy watch 4 44mm green on 25th September and the mode of payment was COD.( order number OD226093982183688000)
When the package was out for delivery on 26th September I made the payment through card where you get an option to pay online.
Later when the delivery agent arrived, he said he is getting error to deliver and asked to reject the delivery and I will recieve the refund in 24 hours.
Till now I haven’t received the refund..after that I have called your customer service for almost 25-30 times and each time they say please wait for 48 hours and they close the case
