Text of Complaint by Mihir Riswadkar:

We booked a flight for 2 passengers with Air India on 21.11.2021 from EaseMyTrip (booking ID EMT9099995), for sector IXB(Bagdogra) to BDQ (Vadodara) to travel on 02.02.2022. The flights for the entire sector are: flight AI 880 from IXB to DEL (delhi) and connecting flight DEL to BDQ AI 819. The flight AI 880 (IXB to Delhi) for the date 02.02.2022 was cancelled by Air India due to Covid Restrictions. Hence, we had to cancel entire Journey. It was confirmed with Air India through their customer care helpline and Vadodara Office that we are eligible for full refund.
The total amount of full refund should be Rs 12388.00

However, Air India has only refunded total of Rs 708 for 2 passengers.

We have attached certified copy regarding full refund from Air India from their Vadodara Office.
