Ordered a product (lehnga) from Meesho app on 17.04.21 on Cash on delivery mode. They delivered me parcel on 20.04.21 and payment for the same has been made Rs 997 But that was a wrong product & immediately the return request has been raised. After some days the original delivered & the payment for this is also done from our side Rs 997 but this is not the exact product which we ordered so second return request was also made.
After many efforts, we manage to get the refund against one return & from that day (03.05.21) we are still fighting to get the refund amount worth Rs 997. almost 2 months passed but there is no positive response from Meesho & they just have excuses for every call & mail.
