I bought a Vu Tv from Flipkart with 2 year extended warranty policy id :EWJV140820000389. In the 2nd year tv got an small display issue and i informed to Jeeves Customer Care.. on dated March 24th 2023. The Technician visited to my home and he said need to send ur TV to service centre on that day ur tv will be back in 15days .. after 15days i call to customer care they said ur TV is not repairable I’ll initiate 70% of amount to u .. i agreed for that and till now i didn’t get any amount to my account i shared my Bank details everything to them… I called to customer care daily and they said within 2 business days u will get money… But i can’t recieve anything.. Pls take action on them they are cheating so many people.

I bought a Thomson Tv from Flipkart with 3 year extended warranty policy id .EW Ref. Number- JWEBOI2AO4533. In the 3nd year tv got an display issue and i informed to Jeeves Customer Care.. on dated May 13th 2023. The Technician visited to my home and he said need to buy a card TV it will take 15days .. after 15days i call to customer care they did not attend the call.then i send by mail they have been same reply mail sent to me again and again.
