Hi,
I S Narasimhareddy and purchased HP DeskJet 1112 Single-Function Inkjet Color Printer on 26th September 2018 having Order ID – 6123595696, its received as on 1st October 2018. I am not satisfied with the working of that product and function, so that i returned same as per paytm given condition as on 5th October. As per them thay have to provide refund, but still they did not provide and moreover they are testing patience by using thair useless customer care number.
I repeatedly called thair customer care number but thay just put on hold hoursly but not connected to any agent to resolve my problem. Even thay did not provide any proper contact to resolve my grievance.
Finally I lost my patience so that I want to put case for justice.
Kindly take an action.
As per my knowledge while enquiring in social media, somany people having the same problem.
I hope resolve our (all who ever lost thair money) grievance as earliest
