I have ordered a laptop from jiomart with order id 16744123860001239W & registered number 7666210501 name Vijayalakshmi Chauhan. Refund was initiated on 27 th January 2023 but till date i haven’t received any refund from jiomart I’ve made many call to customer care but they are just letting us wait for more days . I am lodging a complaint because now i need compensation in response to the delay of refund . Cause I’ve ordered laptop in emergency & without any information provided it was cancelled from jiomart. This looks like way to block money from customers now i need those money back ASAP
