We have booked an OYO in Chandigarh for 3 nights . Booking id – IG1B0241.We got it for Rs. 2929. Once we reached to the hotel , manager denied giving us room stating that the base price is not matching . We called the oyo customer guys and they did not respond . They just in9itiated refund and charged us cancellation fee of Rs. 976 . We were standing on the roads with no hope . This is due to the lack of proper communication between the hotel and oyo group due to which customers like us are suffering . I am requesting you to take an action and make them give us the remaining amount too.
