I ordered a product, order number OD123314180786159000 from Flipkart worth Rs. 1126 on 7th Nov 2021 through Google pay. Product is delayed hence I cancelled the product, flipcart processed my refund amount on 7th Nov 2021 (they told me that this amount should be credited to your account by 9th Nov 2021) to my upi. They also provide me with the reference number P2111071853395864730089, but it is not helpful. I contacted the Flipkart team so many times but nothing happened. They only told me to ask your bank, go to the grievance cell or complaint for charge back form. I did everything but I was unable to find money. In this regard I shared my bank details with Flipkart many times. Flipkart were not giving me the seller account details or right transaction number. Without these transaction details the bank will not entertain me. This procedure wasted my time a lot. Till date this amount 1126 is not received. I am very disappointed. If the seller is really initiated or flipkart really initiated my money, it would be reflected in my account in maximum one week. This is a fraud against me.
