Amazon orders are not processed properly and I lost my money

I have ordered POCO M3 on May 4th 2021. The order has been cancelled by Amazon after 2 days and mail received that the order has been cancelled. But I did not cancel the order.

Then we got a whatsapp message saying that the shipment has been started but the payment has been cancelled. So pay to this account no. to send the product.

We had a doubt and asked them what is the authenticity and is there a mail communication.

Then I started chatting with amazon and informed the same with the account details. The chat replied back that your order has been cancelled. I know it is a computer. So I called customer care and informed them of the same.

He messaged me to send to support@amazonsellersupport.in. I mailed the issue in detail and got reply that I can pay. Only because of the domain, I trusted. I checked the customer complaints procedure and there was a domain amazonpay.in . So I had a trust that the domain amazonresellerssupport.in also belongs to amazon.

Then only I paid the amount. But after a few days, I did not receive the product. So I called customer care again and informed them of the same. They said we will raise a complaint on the seller and get back to you in 7 days.

I called customer care care, they are saying that as I have paid out of amazon, we cannot refund the amount.

I did not cancel the order. The order has been cancelled after 2 days of payment.

The seller is directly sending me messages through whatsapp. Amazon have only shared my no. to him.

After checking on all sides only, I have paid the amount. Also only on the trust we have in Amazon, I did the transfer.

So I would like amazon to take ownership in contacting the seller and get me back the money.

I sent mail to Jeff pas CEO and other nodal officers. But the issue is not resolved. Amazon wants me to raise the issue to my bank to take action against the seller. I did that also but the bank wants to raise the issue to cyber crime. I have raised a complaint to cyber crime.

I am continuously calling amazon, every time. But no response.
