- I order a pair of clogs on 17/06/2020 from club factory.i waited for 24 days for parcel.then also i did not get my parcel.my order is SO29001908834286.then decided to cancel the order.and i cancelled it through customer service on 10/07/2020.sunce 16 days i m waiting for refund.the company policy is that ur refund will credited in 7 to 10 working days but they are fooling people.
