I have ordered certain products from Madhani traders through ZOMATO and some wrong and defective products were delivered. When I complained about the same through support chat system, I was told that a refund process has been initiated but I have not received any refund yet. This is my third time complaining against the same. This is really bad service from a company like yours. I wish you look into the same.
