Dear Nodal Officer,
This is Ajaykumar I have purchased one product on October 2nd 2018 Rebook Shoes through Paytm with the order number of 6430630731 and the paytm have given the Courier service to ECOM Express Courier Services and the ECOM Express courier has given me one AWB NO: 277486830 and they have mentioned that they have delivered the product on 07.11.2018 but till now i have not received any item from bledy fucking courier compnay still now i have complained 5 times in ECOM Express Courier service but there is no respose and i have given complain in Paytm also they are not giving proper information till now every time they are sending the email saying that we are working on your query but till now it has not resolved so kindly take the action. please do the needful.
