Sir,

Subject : Regarding Pending Cashback Issue for my Tatasky Recharge using FREECHARGE ( Tatasky 2nd Complaint No. 1VVCKS7L dated 09.02.2020 and earlier 1st complaint No. 1VMV3JID dated 07.02.2020)

This has reference to a online recharge of Rs 200 on my Tatasky Subscriber ID 124 104 7149 using my FREECHARGE app, on 07.02.2020 (As the Tatsky Recharge Offer message was appearing on my TV Screen frequently and also showing in my TataSky Mobile App that ” Do Recharge for Rs 200 or more and get Rs 50 cashback if pay using FREECHARGE app” ).
{ For your consideration and as a proof , the screenshot of Tatasky Recharge Offer Message , through FREECHARGE payment and also screenshot of Tatasky Mobile App showing this Offer, are enclosed herewith along with this email}

In this regard, also refer to my earlier trailing mail sent to you dated 07.02.2020 but No prompt action from your end till date.

Following are the details of my Recharge done today :-

Tatasky Online Recharge done : Rs 200.00 dated 07.02.2020
Transaction ID : TY2002071071612522 dated 07.02.2020
Receipt No. : 1248856354 dated 07.02.2020

But regret to say no Cash back of Rs 50/- has received to me till date. In this regard, i have been  allotted a complaint No. 1VMV3JID dated 07.02.2020 through your tatasky Executive. But thereafter, it  has been closed by your executive without any solution. Again I raised my complaint and a 2nd Complaint No. 1VVCKS7L dated 09.02.2020 has been allotted to me.

I am shocked to observe that your front desk helpline executives are just avoiding the matter and misguding me to knock door of FreeCharge App through which the Prepaid Recharge has been done.But you must be clear that this “Recharge on Tatsky App & Pay through Freecharge” if Offered by Tatasky only and there is no issue of Frecharge to give me cashback amount. Although this cahback amount if released by Tatasky, may be credit in FreeCharge Wallet.But regret to say Tatasky Executives are just ignoring the matter and Closing my complaint without any action from their end.

Clearly specking, its not the matter of Cashback amount but its the matter of commitment of tatasky as  they are regularly Offering this Cashback scheme in TV and in their Mobile App also.Then why they are  not fulfilling their promise.

So you are requested to do the needful at the earliest without fail.
