Hello
This is regarding Ms Shilpi Gupta, residing in Pune working in Accenture Services Pvt Ltd has went through transaction of Rs 5500 to a vendor through Paytm E-wallet. The money was deducted from her account but was not paid to the vendor. On further investigation, she found that money was added to her paytm wallet rather than paid to the vendor. The problem is that her paytm account was on her old number which was de-activated and she cannot access her paytm wallet. She registered complaint (reference number 134472804) to paytm but they denied helping her saying that they cannot process further request.
Please help in getting her money as it as not small amount and also against law.
